Jersey cows do dairy best.

These little brown cows are perfectly suited for dairy farm life in the Catskills.

Jerseys tend to be heartier and live longer than other types of dairy cows.

These old souls adapt to a wide range of climates. Jerseys are happy to be outside in both the Catskills' balmy summers or chilly winters so they graze our pastures throughout most of the year!

Jerseys have the highest butterfat content in their milk of all the breeds.

This makes Jersey milk the richest, creamiest and most delicious kind of milk you can get. And this makes our butter creamier than you could ever dream of.
